ChatGPT… Workouts?
Yes, you read that correctly. The controversial tool that is banned in some schools over fears of potential academic dishonesty can be used to aid in creating effective workouts quickly and painlessly. Don’t have equipment and weights? Have the AI create a workout that relies solely on your body weight. Want a simply laid out routine that tells you how many sets and reps to do, as well as tell you how long to rest between sets? Yup, Chat can do that too. Whether you want your workout to be 20 minutes or 2 hours, ChatGPT has you covered. What are some other benefits for using Chat to make an exercise routine? Why not ask Chat! Here are some benefits that ChatGPT provided when asked:
- Personalization: ChatGPT can help you create a workout routine that’s tailored to your individual needs and goals, based on your fitness level, preferences, and any health concerns you may have.
- Expertise: ChatGPT has access to a vast amount of information about fitness and exercise, so it can offer expert advice on the best types of exercises to include in your routine and how to perform them safely and effectively.
- Time-efficiency: ChatGPT can help you create a workout routine that’s efficient and effective, so you can get the most out of your exercise time. This could involve incorporating high-intensity interval training (HIIT) or other time-saving techniques.

- Variety: ChatGPT can help you create a diverse workout routine that includes a mix of exercises and activities, which can help keep you engaged and prevent boredom.
